Sick and Tired
It's all Reggie's fault. My brother-in-law was coming down with something rhinovirus-y over the weekend, and now I've got it. I'm all sniffly and my throat hurts, and I've turned into Id Girl. Want, take, have. That's my motto when I'm sick.
What I'm wanting right now is to take a bath and then a nap, so this is going to be a short blog.
I've got to pick fabric for the seat cushions of my new dining room chairs. Please rank the following possibilities.
1)
2)
3)
I rank them as they are now.
Feel better soon. I had it. It took me 4 days of rest and liquids and lots of meds to kick it. :^*

A friend gave me Airborne, which tons of people swear by. I took two doses, and it was nasty enough to make me want to vomit, and I don't feel all cured yet. I hate being sick.

No 1.
Airborne made me nauseous. I felt like I was 3 months pregnant after taking it!

I really like the first one - I think a print like that ropes you in less - it can be contrasted with stripes, solids, whatnot, whereas stripes and/or plaid make things a bit tougher...
BTW, I'm sick, too! We're sick buddies. I was home yesterday but have to be in the office and then on a plane to Florida today.
Don't forget - there's a light at the end of the tunnel on Sunday:

I'm sorry you're sickly. It took me about 4 days to get over mine too. Lots of rest and liquids, you know the drill.
I'll think I'll have to go with fabric #2. It's so Burberry! But it's hard to choose when I don't know what the rest of the room looks like. Maybe I should come over.

In fact, I think you should all come over. House party in Ohio! Meg can make me matzoh ball soup, and Kristen can critique my interior design choices, Maria can administer real medicines that actually work, and Mel can be the entertainment.
